Party decorations don't have to be expensive. Before you head out to the party store, shop your house. You'll be amazed at what you have if you just think outside the box. This is especially true for children's character themed parties, if you or your child chose a character theme, more than likely he/she has those toys laying around so you may as well incorporate them in your party décor.
