{Real Parties} Pink & Pearly Baby Shower

I've been meaning to post this shower for quite some time. This was a surprise shower thrown by Prateek for his wife Sapna. He was great to work with, once I started throwing out ideas, he knew exactly what she would like. We settled on a 'Chanel' inspired baby shower because of Sapna's love of fashion and all things girly.

I didn't get a picture of the outside of the venue which I really regret. I found the cutest form to put outside with the signature drink. This is one of my 'test' pictures I took in my office.

{Party Tip Tuesday} Start The Party At The Door

On occasion, I receive emails asking for party tips or party advice so I've decided to start "Party Tip Tuesday".  I will gather up some of my favorite party tips and post them every Tuesday.
I hope you can put them to good use!

I will also be posting them via Instagram and Facebook if you would like to follow me.

{Real Parties} Little Chefs Pizza Party

I know I've mentioned how lucky I am to live in a great neighborhood where I love my neighbors. Yesterday, I hosted a play date pizza making party for the kids.

The little chefs got to decorate a chefs hat and make their own pizza and decorate a cupcake. It turned out to be a ton fun!

{Real Parties} Summer Fiesta

Over the weekend, I hosted a party of my own, which is a rare treat these days.

This was a 'summer fiesta' theme for our neighborhood Mom's club.

Entry refreshment station: I love to start the party at the
door, whether it's by placing a big wreath on the door
or placing some lanterns outside the door. It makes your
guests feel like the party has begun

A friend of mine recently started a business making these great signs. I gave her the theme,
colors of the part, sign wording & the size of the board and she worked her magic!
Email me for info if you are interested in one of these signs

Cactus cupcake favors:
Oddly, one of my favorite party decorations
are the favors. I use them as a big part
of the décor. Groupings always make a
statement so why not use them?

ADIOS!
